Continuing saga of Hannibal Lecter, killing cannibal. He is presently in Italy and works as a curator at the museum. Clarice Starling, the FBI agent who was helping to arrest the serial killer, was put in charge of the operation, but when one of her men botches it, she called to the mat by the Bureau. A senior official, Pol Krendler's in it for him. But she gets a postponement because Mason Verger, one of the victims Lecters want to go back to Lecter for what Lecter did to him, he wants to use Starling to lure him out. When Lecter sends her a note she learns that in Italy and asked the police to keep an eye on him. But a corrupt policeman who wants to gain the reward that Verger placed on him, saying Verger where he is. But they fail to catch him. Later Verger decides to frame Starling which makes Lecter return to States. I race to get Lecter begins.
